Hi Sabrina,

sounds high ranking at least with many EU projects and a quick position 
talk is easy to provide but good for visibility.

However, this is the first time I hear from this event. Did you get an 
information earlier, Sabrina? At least I do not have any e-mail from 
that project.

I try to shift some events and come back to you. Maybe I know more by 
tomorrow 15:00 (dissemintion telco) if I could take this opportunity ad 
represent SPECIAL at the meeting. Eva is already representing another 
Project on that day.

Alternatively: Maybe somene of PROX may show up there for half a day? It 
should be "just around the corer" for them.
