Dear Sabrina and all,
I'm writing to remind you or a representative from your project to register for the EC Cybersecurity and Privacy Concertation meeting, 26th April at the Marriott Hotel in Brussels.
Projects focusing on cybersecurity and privacy are invited to attend and I noticed that SPECIAL are not yet represented. As you know, the event is also well-attended by project officers. I'd kindly request that you _register as soon as possible here <https://www.cyberwatching.eu/concertation-meeting-registration>_.
*Packed agenda:*The event is an excellent networking opportunity with over 40 projects participating. We also have a packed agenda which looks at how projects can collaborate together and carry out cluster activities based on common themes. Please see the full agenda here <https://www.cyberwatching.eu/concertation-meeting-brussels>.
*Lightning talk & project service offer: *In addition, projects will have the opportunity to provide both a short lighting talk and also a service offer that will be published in a catalogue that we will print for the event and online as part of our CS&P observatory <https://www.cyberwatching.eu/observatory>. The deadline for submission is *12^th April* so don’t miss out on this. Please submit here <https://www.cyberwatching.eu/concertation-meeting-submit-your-service-offer>.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.
Thanks,
The Cyberwatching.eu Team

Dear Sabrina,
I’m writing to invite you and the SPECIAL project to the first Cybersecurity & Privacy EC Concertation Meeting organised by Cyberwatching.eu which will be held on 26.04.2018 in Brussels.
The meeting targets all Cybersecurity & Privacy related projects with the aim of updating the EC and your peers on your project in order to encourage collaboration.
The event is an excellent opportunity for all projects to gain visibility *interactive discussions, break-out sessions, position papers and presentation opportunities*.
With a strong EC presence, this is a key event to ensure SPECIAL gets itself noticed. See the*agenda here* <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.cyberwatching.eu_concertation-2Dmeeting-2Dbrussels&d=DwMDaQ&c=udBTRvFvXC5Dhqg7UHpJlPps3mZ3LRxpb6__0PomBTQ&r=SK-k7YLgNo33XXpiNeGGSTztwWzDhEYe7r53RSXHBdt8tiAz3agd5RX2pclWp04a&m=JxmftdgQYDZj0HUG-65vYInXrCxiVPi2v_ZFDBzpQ1I&s=bAHc5WSupWNETMH7fUskZKEx1Jh5ub4X-5rd8aGb4SU&e=>.
Registration for the first Cyberwatching.eu Concertation Meeting – 26.04.2018 Brussels is now open, you can register here <https://www.cyberwatching.eu/concertation-meeting-registration>.
*_Send your project service offer by 12 April_*
Cyberwatching.eu is creating a catalogue of cyber security & privacy service offers <https://www.cyberwatching.eu/services/catalogue-of-services> from projects.
We have already collected over 35 offers but we are missing SPECIAL’s contribution.
We already created a SPECIAL’s Service Offer with the public information we could find on your website and CORDIS here: https://www.cyberwatching.eu/services/catalogue-of-services/special-scalable-policy-aware-linked-data-architecture-privacy
but we would like you to update this information to have a more detailed description of SPECIAL’s excellence.
We will be printing these at the event and others in order to support projects in disseminating results.
We ask all project tocomplete the online form here <https://www.cyberwatching.eu/concertation-meeting-submit-your-service-offer> no later than 12 April.
The emphasis is very much on short and attractive texts covering what user needs SPECIAL services can solve or how it will or is improving the lives of end-users.
*_Lightning talk _*
The event will be a great opportunity to give a lightning talk on your project during the break-out sessions. More information on this will be provided shortly.
I would ask you to contact us <mailto:info@cyberwatching.eu>by 13 April with the name of the person who will present this on behalf of SPECIAL.
Please do not hesitate to contact usfor any further information.
Thanks,
The Cyberwatching.eu Team
